State Sanctioned Child Abduction & Trafficking - Abuse and Murder
Good day Readers;
Yesterday I got notice the new MUST-SEE NETFLIX Documentary was up to see and it’s a 3 Part Expose of the “Troubled Teenager” recovery racket that bilks millions from parents and Dept of Family Services in different states nationwide.

This “troubled teen” scam made national news with bio of Paris Hilton who had been sent to one of these criminal institutions and suffered trauma based mind control from that experience that led to troubles in her adult life.
The “Troubled Teen” racket is built upon the dangerous drug recovery cult SYNANON founded in the 1960’s
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synanon
Synanon, originally known as Tender Loving Care, was a new religious movement founded in 1958 by Charles E. "Chuck" Dederich Sr. in Santa Monica, California, United States. Originally established as a drug rehabilitation program, Synanon developed into an alternative community centered on group truth-telling sessions that came to be known as the "Synanon Game," a form of attack therapy.[5] The group ultimately became a cult called the Church of Synanon in the 1970s.
Described as one of the "most dangerous and violent cults America had ever seen",[6][7] Synanon disbanded in 1991 after several members were convicted of offenses including financial misdeeds, evidence tampering, terrorism and attempted murder.[8][6] However, an offshoot of the group remains active in Germany.
What makes the documentary series particularly visceral and emotionally involving is the director and off- and on-camera narrator is Katherine Kubler, who is living survivor of WWASP abuse at the Academy at Ivy Ridge for 15 months and she does this series returns at now-shuttered school with other former victims, all of whom speak with brave candor and heart-wrenching detail about the horrific trauma they suffered while spending a years within the walls of the institution.
(There was a boys’ wing as well, but the two schools were kept apart nearly all of the time.)
This Documentary deals with WWASP founded by creepy psychopath Mormon in Utah named Robert Lichfield, the founder owner of WWASP, and still owns most WWASP program facilities. He’s also Owner of Cross Creek Programs (Cross Creek Manor/ Cross Creek Center) and Owner of Teen Help, the marketing arm of WWASP.
Lichfield has NO background in Child Psychology, his former job being a staff member at Provo Canyon Boys school which was shut down due to abuse, neglect and mistreatment of children.
He then went on to start his own program, which with the help of former LifeSpring cultist David Gilcrease, and his marketing seminars Resource Realizations, WWASP quickly spanned into an umbrella corporation of specialty programs with programs located all over the world:
Including countries such as Samoa, Mexico, Costa Rica and Jamaica.
Several WWASP programs have been shut down after investigations into allegations of child abuse and medical neglect, and WWASP no longer exists as a corporate entity.
The “Troubled Teen” industry uses Mind Control techniques spawned from SYNANON, the Milgram Experiment, Stanford Prison Experiment as well as The Wave in the 1960’s.
Check it out I highly recommend!

A Short (but Scary) History of The Troubled Teen Industry
WWASPSurvivors Awareness•support:Advocacy
WWASP Survivors is run by a dedicated group of concerned alumni of WWASP-affiliated programs.
Our mission is threefold: to raise awareness of the true dangers of WWASP Programs, to advocate for those still being held and abused within the Troubled Teen Industry, and to provide support to survivors of WWASP programs.
BREAKING CODE SILENCE
Each year, thousands of teenagers are held against their will, in residential treatment centers.
These for-profit programs masquerade as therapeutic treatment centers and operate with impunity due to lack of government oversight. Teens can be held for years in facilities that claim to treat mental health and perform behavior modification but do not follow psychological guidelines for treatment.
The “treatment” these children receive is far from therapeutic. Instead, the abuse can leave survivors with lifelong trauma, including PTSD. This systemic abuse goes back decades – many of these programs have been shut down only to have others take their place.
Without government intervention, thousands of teens will continue to suffer abuse. Some have even died or taken their own life to escape the trauma. Countless victims have suffered after returning home from these facilities as a result of the lack of mental health treatment and unresolved trauma.
Paris Hilton joins #BreakingCodeSilence to speak candidly about trauma she experienced at Provo Canyon School in her new documentary This is Paris airing Sept. 14th 2020 on Youtube.
These programs exist globally and throughout the United States. They advertise themselves as premier rehab and treatment centers but are instead for-profit, privately-run detention centers. These programs deceive desperate parents and abuse the children they claim to help.
Please see our Red Flags list to learn to recognize abusive programs.
Red Flags
This section contains a list of “Red Flags” for parents to use when considering residential treatment. If the program you are considering incorporates even one or more of these child welfare violations, DO NOT enroll your child.
Practices of the “Tough Love” Troubled Teen Industry that are illegal, abusive, unethical and a blatant violation of human rights.
1) Admittance without consent or due process/ Involuntary and forceful escorting to program.
2) Aversive Behavior Modification/ Fear and intimidation based control.
3) Physical/ Mechanical Restraint/ Pressure Points and Use of chemical control methods (such as pepper spray) as punitive punishment.
4) Isolation/ Social Ostracism used as punitive punishment.
5) Stress Positions/ Infliction of painful punishments.
6) Food/ Water/ Bathroom/ Sleep deprivation.
7) Denial of adequate medical care.
8 )Denial of communication with Parents/ Access to law enforcement, lawyers and advocates.
9) Mail censorship.
10) Placing higher level students in a position to police and punish lower level students.
11) Inadequate or “Fast Track” education/ Lack of qualified teachers, tutors and proper class oriented participation.
12) Forced Labor/ Denied access to school as punishment. (ie: 8 Hour Detention/ “Homeless”/ “Worksheets” or all day work projects)
13) Lack of proper social interaction/ Levels of silence/ Code silence punishments.
14) “Attack Therapy” Using mental, emotional and verbal abuse as “Treatment”.
15) Sexual abuse/ Forced sexualized behavior/ Sexual shaming.
16) Operating as a private/ unlicensed/ unregulated “Treatment Center” without being subject to regulation of clinical standards in patient care.
17) Accredited by Program Trade Organizations that DO NOT properly monitor or set specific standards of care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students. Often spearheaded by the program owners themselves and only perpetrated as a third party agency. Membership status does not depend on proof of standards being met, only requirement is payment of dues.

4 Things Every Parent Should Do Before Sending a Child to Treatment
Reporting Abuse:
These are the steps justiceforchildren.org recommends:
Stay CALM!!! Do not let your emotions dictate your actions, and do not release your emotions onto persons who are supposed to investigate your case (CPS, Law enforcement, etc.)
IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY: Call 911 or your local police.
DOCUMENT EVERYTHING from this point forward, including times, dates, and places. COLLECT and KEEP all documents from all professionals who have an opinion about the child abuse. This includes therapists, doctors, policemen, and teachers. If a professional informs you that they have an opinion or a suspicion of child abuse, have them document that suspicion, preferably in the form of an affidavit. Be sure to get a copy of any opinions from professionals regarding your child’s case.
HAVE YOUR CHILD EVALUATED. Talk to medical and psychology professionals. If possible, have your child evaluated at a Child Assessment Center (CAS).
BEGIN INVESTIGATION. Talk to Law Enforcement to initiate an investigation into the allegation of child abuse. Any reasonable belief of abuse or neglect should be reported to the police.
TALK TO Child Protective Services (CPS). If the abuse is not criminal, talk to CPS to initiate an investigation into the allegation of child abuse. Here is a state listing of websites & numbers to call. You will want to call the state you were abused in, they said the report will initiate in that state and then it will get moved to the state you currently reside in. If your abuse was paid for by a local government agency, you will want to initiate the report in that state (ie, if Orange County, CA school system sent you to an RTC in Utah, you should contact the CA office of CPS). If you don’t feel that CPS is doing an adequate job, contact your State Liaison Office. Every state has one, and childwelfare.gov can help you find out how to contact yours.
GET AN ATTORNEY. Get an attorney and start proceedings to gain full custody of your child and terminate the abuser’s parental rights.
CALL JUSTICE FOR CHILDREN. If you encounter a problem with completing steps 3-6, call JFC so that we can help! Call us at 1-800-733-0059. Office hours are M-F 8-5 pm Central Standard Time.
Childhelp can also help you with support resources. Please visit their website:Childhelp® is a national organization that provides crisis assistance and other counseling and referral services. The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with professional crisis counselors who have access to a database of 55,000 emergency, social service, and support resources. All calls are anonymous. Contact them at 1.800.4.A.CHILD (1.800.422.4453).
WWASP History
WWASP(S) – The World Wide Association of Specialty Programs (and Schools), or as it was known later, Youth Foundation Inc, was an umbrella corporation of associated teen behavior modification programs, boot camps and therapeutic boarding schools. Created by Robert Lichfield in the early 1990s, WWASP quickly became one of the largest troubled teen industry corporations, with dozens of facilities located in both the US and abroad in countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Samoa. Following investigations into a number of allegations of child abuse and unhealthy conditions at WWASP’s various facilities since 2002, over 20 WWASP affiliated programs were eventually shuttered, and the organization itself was eventually dissolved. Multiple lawsuits have been filed against the company alleging abuse and fraud, the most notable being a joint action lawsuit on behalf of over 350 plaintiffs alleging physical and sexual child abuse as well as various acts of fraud and racketeering.
WWASP is defunct as an organization, but their legacy abides. While many schools formerly affiliated or associated with WWASP have taken pains to create distance between themselves and the organization, most still operate with a similar program model and continue to engage in the same deceptive marketing practices. Many of these operate at the same facilities, have the same ownership, and employ the same staff as WWASP. In fact, directly or through a convoluted web of corporations, Robert Lichfield still owns some of the facilities.
Name changes and attempts to obscure ownership were common among WWASP facilities and this tradition continues among its successors. For this reason, information can be hard to gather or verify. Additionally, even facilities without overt ties to WWASP have latched onto its “treatment” model, using the same types of unethical token economies, points and level systems, and “personal growth” seminars. For this reason, a complete list of WWASP and related or inspired facilities is difficult to compile. However, some of the facilities that have been associated with WWASP, either via direct affiliation or via former owners, are listed below.
